Chessboard Style
The above pictures represent the traditional comb style of texture I have done in customer’s homes.
Ideas
Creativity
The following two textures are a combination of others, being that the only caveat is a limitation in creativity. Architecturally, the space, together with the customer’s preferred style, usually provides its own unique design. The nearest design is composed of recessed tape lines and stenciled mud, while the latter is a small traditional comb with a wavy border. A stencil texture would look best on an accent wall, and a small comb provides a small room, particularly a bathroom, with an appealing finish.
This wavy comb is available in all types of designs and applications.
My own personal adventure into mortar has led me down a rabbit hole of sorts. I will update this page as I grow and become more proficient in this type of medium. The picture provided is fake stone carved out of mortar.

About:
Personally, I have been striving to become a bas relief artist for the past couple years. This type of creative texture is a steppingstone towards my goals. But I must master this section before I can be an apprentice in my next venture.
